Good news to all, 

Splash TV New channel on Intelsat 20 @ 68.5 E.

This channel was coming few years back as a tamil channel.

For some reasons, this channel was stopped transmission, now this channel started test card on Intelsat 20,

Now this channel showing color bars only with scrolling " Splash TV Test Transmission",

The sat parameters are:
